This Privacy Policy explains how SecurePass Lab ("we", "us", "our"), available at passcodex.xyz, handles information when you visit the site and use its tools. We keep this short and plain because the tools were designed to need as little data as possible.
The short version
Everything you generate, type, paste, or scan in our tools stays in your browser. We do not receive, log, store, or sell your passwords, passphrases, PINs, random strings, WiFi names, or QR code contents. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not run a database of user information.
Information you generate or enter in the tools
Our generators create values using your browser's built-in Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues()). Generation happens entirely on your device. Nothing you generate or enter is sent to our server or to any third party, and nothing is saved after you close or refresh the page. On the WiFi QR Code Generator page, images you upload and any camera feed you allow are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like almost every website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and timestamps in order to deliver the site, keep it secure, and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you personally. You can read how Cloudflare handles data in its own privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
SecurePass Lab does not set its own cookies and does not use your browser's local storage or session storage to track you. Third-party services described below (for example, advertising services, if and when we display ads) may set their own cookies.
Third-party services used to load the site
To display the pages and run the tools, your browser loads some resources from third-party providers. When this happens, those providers can see your IP address and basic browser information, as with any resource loaded from another domain:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) for typefaces.
- Tailwind CSS CDN (cdn.tailwindcss.com) for page styling.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) and jsDelivr for the QR code libraries used on the WiFi QR Code Generator page.
These providers do not receive anything you generate or type into our tools.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We may display advertisements on this site through Google AdSense or similar advertising services. If ads are shown, Google and its partners, acting as third-party vendors, use cookies (including the DoubleClick / DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites on the internet. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show you ads that may be relevant to you.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or by visiting aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we will ask for your consent before using cookies for personalized advertising.
We do not control the cookies set by advertisers and have no access to them. Ads never receive any password or value generated in our tools, because those values never leave your browser.
Email you send us
If you contact us by email at rayhansm445@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the site, and we do not share it with third parties. Please never send passwords or other secrets by email; we will never ask for them.
Children's privacy
SecurePass Lab is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the tools do not collect personal information at all, there is nothing to remove, but if you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information about you. Since we do not keep a database of visitor information, the only personal data we may hold is an email you sent us. To make a request, email rayhansm445@gmail.com.
